As we continue to roll out new features we wanted to ensure that Support was available whenever you need it. The Support menu item at the very bottom of the Main Site menu (when logged in as an Administrator) will show the following options when you click to expand it.




  • Support Center: This option brings you directly to the support center you're viewing now.

  • Contact Us: This option brings you to the New Support Ticket form so you can easily reach out to our Technical Support Team.

  • Request Training / Request Demo: Request Training will be shown if you are a Customer and Request Demo will be shown if you're in a Trial.

    You will want to ensure that you fill out the entire form before submitting it for a Training / Demo session.
