In order to ensure that your clients are receiving Daily Activity Reports when you're officers submit them, add your clients as users for their sites and make sure the Email DAR option is selected in your Site Report options.  Each Site User receives incident reports and maintenance reports when they are submitted by your officers (automatically or once approved).

Note: The ability to email the Daily Activity Report automatically is optional. You can send the Daily Activity Report to Site users, at a later time by clicking the Send Email button next to the report.


Adding a Site User:

(if you already have Site users continue to the Enable Daily Activity Report Emails section below)

  1. Log into OfficerReports.net.
  2. Click Setup -> Sites.
  3. Choose the Options button next to the site that you would like the client to receive the emailed incident reports for.
  4. In the Site Options window click the Users button.
  5. Click the +Add User button in the upper left hand corner.
  6. In the Add User window add the user's email address.  If you have not already done so you will also need to enter the client's First Name, Last Name, User Name, and Password. 
  7. Click Submit


Enable Daily Activity Report Emails:

  1. Click Setup -> Sites.
  2. If the Site is already entered into OfficerReports Click the Edit button next to the site that you would like the client to receive the emailed Daily Activity Reports. If this is a new Site click the +Add Site button in the upper left hand corner.
  3. In the Add / Edit Site window click the Report Options tab.
  4. Click the checkbox next to  Email DAR.
  5. Click Submit or Update.


Note: If you have the approval required option selected the email will not be sent until the report is approved.
