Officers that you have made supervisors within OfficerReports.com are able to submit reports at their sites without having to be at their sites. This is unlike regular officers who can only log in to submit reports when they are at a site. Supervisors have this ability because if for some reason an officer neglects to enter a report the supervisor can access and submit the report as necessary.
In order to submit the reports the supervisors should log into OfficerReports.net. If the supervisor is not at the site she will see the following message.
On this window the supervisor should choose Continue. By choosing Continue the supervisor will have access to the locations that are within 1/2 mile of his current location as well as as sites that she is a supervisor at.
