Because the physical policy manual that you provide to your employees is a legal document, ensure that the most important information contained in it is always available to your officers. The Policy Manual feature allows you to upload topics from your policy manual to so that your security officers can reference them in the field. The Policy Manual feature ensures that your officers are receiving the same information the same way all the time.

Once you have entered policies, all the officers across your organization will have access to this information no matter which site they are located at.

Step-By-Step: Adding Policy Manuals

Policy Manuals must be in PDF format. If you have a doc, docx, or other similar file you need to upload to your policy manual, please export / save as a PDF.

  1. Once you have logged into OfficerReports.Net click Setup -> Policy Manual.
  2. From the Policy Manual screen, to start adding policies click +Add Entry.
  3. In the Add Entry screen choose a Category, Sub Category, Title, and add Details.
  4. If necessary you can attach a document for the officers to review as well by clicking Upload File.
  5. Once you are done click Submit and the policy is now available to your officers.
