The Time Clock Summary Reports are a set of reports, located on a single page, that allow you to see the hours your officers have worked (logged while clocking in / out within the app or manually entered via Clock In / Out Records) at a specific Client and / or Site. Generally, companies will use this information for Billing purposes. 


You can export this information to a Microsoft Excel Workbook or a CSV file.

Where is this report located?

This report can be found on Standard Subscription accounts by logging into the Main Site as an Administrator, then clicking on Time and Attendance -> Time Clock Summary Reports


How do I use this report?

At minimum, you will need to enter a date and time range in the To and From fields that you would like to obtain information for before clicking on the Apply Filter button. You can also filter it to a specific Officer, Client, or Site.


What information is displayed on each tab?


Officer Summary

The Officer Summary tab shows a breakdown, by Officer, of the total time that Officers have worked. This information will be displayed based on the Officer, Client(s), Site(s), and Date Range that you filtered for.


The columns that display for this report are the Officer name, User Name, Employee #, Minutes, and Hours.




Client Summary

The Client Summary tab shows a breakdown, by Client, of the total time that Officers has been worked at Client(s) This information will be displayed based on the Officer, Client(s), Site(s), and Date Range that you filtered for.


The columns that display for this report are the Client name, Minutes, and Hours.




Site Summary

The Site Summary tab shows a breakdown, by Site, of the total time that has been worked at Site(s) This information will be displayed based on the Officer, Client(s), Site(s), and Date Range that you filtered for. 


The columns that display for this report are the Client name, Site name, Officer name, Minutes, and Hours.





Site / Officer Summary

The Site / Officer Summary tab shows a breakdown, by Site and Officer, of the total time that Officers have worked at Site(s). This information will be displayed  based on the Officer, Client(s), Site(s), and Date Range that you filtered for. 


The columns that display for this report are the Client name, Site name, Officer name, User Name, Employee #, Minutes, and Hours.





Site / Officer Detail

The Site / Officer Detail tab shows a breakdown, by Site and Officer, of the shift start and end times the Officers have worked at Site(s). This information will be displayed based on the Officer, Client(s), Site(s), and Date Range that you filtered for. 


The columns that display for this report are the Client name, Site name, Officer name, Start date / time of a shift, End date / time of a shift, Minutes, and Hours.
