In order to ensure that your clients receive the Tour Tracking and/or Tour Exception Reports via email, add your clients as Site Users for their sites and make sure the Tour Stop Scans and/or Tour Exception and Time to Send Daily option(s) are selected in your Site Report Options.
Note: The ability to email the Tour Tracking and Tour Exception Reports automatically is optional. These reports will be sent containing information for the last 24 hours.

Adding a Site User:
(if you already have Site users continue to the Enable Tour Tracking and/or Tour Exception Report Emails section below)
- Log into OfficerReports.net.
- Click Setup -> Sites.
- Choose the Options button next to the site that you would like the client to receive the emailed incident reports for.
- In the Site Options window click the Users button.
- Click the +Add User button in the upper left-hand corner.
- In the Add User window add the user's email address. If you have not already done so you will also need to enter the client's First Name, Last Name, User Name, and Password.
- Click Submit.
Enable Tour Tracking and/or Tour Exception Report Emails:
- Click Setup -> Sites.
- If the Site is already entered into OfficerReports Click the Edit button next to the site that you would like the client to receive the emailed Tour Tracking and/or Tour Exception Reports. If this is a new Site click the +Add Site button in the upper left hand corner.
- In the Add / Edit Site window click the Report Options tab.
- Click the checkbox next to Tour Stop Scans and/or Tour Exception.
- Enter a Time to Send Daily.
Note: The report(s) you select will be sent with information for the last 24 hours from the time you set here. - Click Submit or Update.
