OfficerReports is reaching the end of its service life. All customers who are still using OfficerReports need to migrate to OfficerApps by August 31 to avoid service interruptions and the loss of important functionality.
OfficerReports will not remain available as a legacy product. Soon after the August 31 deadline, the software will be permanently retired and will no longer be available.
What Will Change After August 31?
Beginning after August 31, OfficerReports will operate with limited service while we prepare to shut down the platform completely.
Customers who have not migrated may experience the following:
Customer support for OfficerReports will no longer be available.
Security updates and security-related maintenance will stop.
The ability to upload images will no longer be available.
System performance may become slower or less reliable.
Email and SMS notifications may be delayed or may not be delivered.
The system may become unavailable for unpredictable periods of time.
Important workflows, including reporting and communication, may be interrupted.
OfficerReports will be permanently discontinued soon afterward.
Because these service changes may occur without advance notice, customers should not rely on OfficerReports for ongoing operations after August 31.
Responsibility for Continued Use After August 31
Customers who continue using OfficerReports after August 31 do so at their own risk. By choosing not to complete the free migration to OfficerApps before the deadline, the customer acknowledges that OfficerReports is an unsupported system undergoing permanent shutdown and should not be relied upon for ongoing business operations.
After August 31, the customer assumes responsibility for any consequences associated with its continued use of OfficerReports, including, but not limited to:
System outages, downtime, or the inability to access OfficerReports
Slower performance or the loss of system functionality
Delayed, incomplete, or undelivered email and SMS notifications
The inability to upload images
Lost, delayed, inaccessible, or incomplete reports and operational information
Security incidents, vulnerabilities, or other issues resulting from the discontinuation of security updates and maintenance
Disruptions to officer reporting, client communication, scheduling, timekeeping, tour tracking, or other business operations
The loss of customers, contracts, revenue, business opportunities, or reputation resulting from interrupted or unreliable service
OfficerReports, Inc. will not be responsible for business interruptions, customer losses, lost revenue, data-access issues, notification failures, security-related incidents, or other damages resulting from a customer’s decision to continue using OfficerReports after August 31.
A free migration to OfficerApps has been made available to all affected customers for more than 1 year. Customers who delay scheduling their migration acknowledge that available migration appointments may extend beyond August 31 and that they may experience reduced or interrupted service while waiting for migration.
