If you are a company that does Standing Guard service and would like to add your Mobile Patrol (i.e. an officer in a vehicle that drives to several Clients' Sites at various times throughout the night.) accounts to the software you will have to create a separate OfficerReports.com account to use for your Mobile Patrol Clients. Standing Guard Clients and Mobile Patrol Clients cannot both be on the same OfficerReports.com account.
To do this:
- Register for a new account.
- Email techsupport@officerreports.com and let them know that you have created a new account and would like that account converted into a mobile account.
Technical Support will handle the conversion and follow up with you regarding any additional steps that need to be completed.
