If your officers' cannot see the Clock In/Out option, this can be the result of 2 things:

  1. Please ensure that on the Site's Smart Features Setting tab (Setup -> Sites -> Edit)  does not have the Clock In/Out By Landline Only checked. Having this option checked removes the ability for your officers to clock in from the app.
  2. Ensure that your Time and Attendance module is present in your account. You should see a section called Time and Attendance when logged into the Main Site as an Administrator (Standard Accounts Only). If it is not, send an email to techsupport@officerreports.com and request that the Time and Attendance Module be turned on for your account.
