If you try to scan your QR codes / Tour Stops and nothing happens (i.e. You are not getting an error code) you may want to ensure that you have printed your QR codes on the correct medium. We have experienced that if you use a laser printer to print on inkjet labels, the Tour Tracking App may have difficulty scanning the QR code.
