All incident reports that are submitted in OfficerReports.com automatically receive a unique identifier number when that report is submitted. That ID number can be used as the incident report number. The Incident Number field within the security officer’s report is for companies who issue an Incident Report number to their officers from a central location. The image below shows the automatically generated ID number.
