Field Inspection reports are used by Field Supervisors who are responsible for inspecting your officers at your customer sites. The report allows the Field Supervisor to record what he or she sees while at the site. The report includes:
- The GPS position of the Field Supervisor when they open and submit the report.
- The time that the Field Supervisor was on site.
- The officer being inspected
- Photo of the officer
- The state, condition, and knowledge of the officer
- and more.
The Field Inspection report can only be accessed by supervisors at sites which they supervise. So ensure that your Field Supervisors are designated as Supervisors at all sites that they will be inspecting.
