The Location Detection Error occurs when can not determine the location of the officer attempting to use the software.  This error will prevent your officers from accessing the software.

The error most often occurs when officers are attempting to access the system from a desktop or laptop computer. When you are accessing the software from a desktop or laptop, please ensure that you select "Provide your location" prompt appears at the top of the screen. In addition, unlike mobile devices, desktop or laptop computers do not keep up to date information on the computer's physical location as location is often determined by the IP Address your ISP assigns you. In most cases simply clicking the Retry button will resolve this issue.

If the user is a supervisor, they can simply click Continue and they can access reports for the site(s) that they supervise.
