The times in the Officer Tour Activity window are shown in the time zone of the computer that the user is browsing with. So if the scan was done at 10:37am in the Eastern Time Zone and you are viewing the report from the Central Time Zone, you will see the time as 9:37 a.m.
Taking this into account, if you are still having issues viewing the times please ensure that the timezone for the computer that you are using is set correctly.
