Yes, additional administrators can be added to your account.  First, add the team member to your account as an officer (Setup-> Officers -> +Add Officer).  Second, once that profile has been created, send an email to advising them to convert the officer into an admin.

Once the officer has been converted to an admin you will no longer be able to see that profile in the list of officers.
