The Smart Feature Summary stores data about sent Clock In / Out and Tour Stop Smart Feature Alerts. You can find these logs under Reports -> Smart Feature Summary, then choose either:

Clock In / Out Smart Feature Alerts



  • Date: Date & Time alert was sent.
  • Client / Site: Name of the Client and Site the alert was triggered for.
  • Type: Clock In or Clock Out.
  • Shift Start: Time the shift started.
  • Shift End: Date & Time the shift ended.
  • Details: Shows the entire alert when clicked.

Tour Stop Smart Feature Alerts



  • Date: Date & Time alert was sent.
  • Client / Site: Name of the Client and Site the alert was triggered for.
  • Unique Target: Number of unique tour stop scans expected.
  • Unique Scans: Number of unique tour stop scans completed.
  • Total Target: Total number of tour stop scans expected.
  • Total Scans: Total number of tour stop scans completed.
  • Details: Shows the entire alert when clicked.
